MUZAFFARABAD: Sardar Tanveer Ilyas, the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir has been disqualified by the AJK high court in the contempt of court case.
According to the details, for the first time in the history of Azad Kashmir and Pakistan, the harshest decision of the court against the prime minister of Azad Kashmir came out. The Supreme Court disqualified the prime minister of Azad Kashmir.
The High Court of Azad Kashmir rejected the pardon request of Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas and also wrote a letter to the Chief Election Commissioner for the new Prime Minister.
While giving the remarks of the High Court, it was said that the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir Sardar Tanveer Ilyas has been guilty of contempt of court. He is disqualified from holding any official post including Prime Minister.
The Supreme Court also summoned Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas today at 2:30 PM. The prime minister of Azad Kashmir Sardar Tanveer Ilyas reached the Supreme Court due to the disqualification decision.
Azad Kashmir’s prime minister was disqualified for allegedly adopting a threatening tone. The court remarked that you have committed contempt of court. Sardar Tanveer Ilyas had talked about removing the smoke from the ears of the judges.
