ISLAMABAD: PM’s Special Assistant on Information, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that Governor Sindh Imran Ismail will inaugurate development projects in Karachi today (Saturday).
Firdous Awan took to Twitter and confirmed that Prime Minister Imran Khan’s visit has been cancelled due to inclement weather.
She further said that Karachi is the economic hub of Pakistan and PM Imran’s vision is to see Karachi among world’s modern cities.
The inaugural ceremony will be held at the Governor House Sindh as per schedule, which will be attended by the Governor and other dignitaries.
Five development projects will be inaugurated today which include Sakhi Hassan Flyover, 5-Star Flyover, KDA Flyover, Rehabilitation of Nishtar Road and Rehabilitation of Manghopir road.
