LARKANA: Yet another incident of consumption of unhygienic foods putting several lives at risk took place in Larkana were more than 80 people, including 30 children fainted after eating such food on Saturday.
Sources said the incident occurred in village Habib Bughio, where more than 80 people fell unconscious after eating unhygienic food in a marriage ceremony.
Police and rescue officials after being informed rushed to the spot and transported the people to the district hospital Larkana. Hospital sources said the condition of five patients is critical.
Emergency has been imposed in the Larkana hospital after all doctors have been summoned for immediate treatment of hospitalized people, including children.
