The scholarship is offered to teachers from all countries who have diplomatic relations with Japan. The program is a non-degree training course for professional development in school education at Japanese universities.
Eligibility
- In-service teachers from primary/secondary schools or teacher training institutions.
- 5+ years of teaching experience.
- University or teacher training school graduates.
- Age: Born on or after April 2, 1991 (varies slightly by country).
- Nationality: Must have diplomatic relations with Japan.
