Pakistani actress and morning show host, Fiza Ali, who has recently been in the spotlight on social media due to controversial statements, implicitly accused Nida Yasir of deliberately making her past statements about divorce go viral again.
An old video clip of Fiza Ali, in which she mentioned that her husband had fainted during the divorce proceedings, has recently resurfaced on various social media pages, sparking renewed public discussion.
In a video on social media, Fiza Ali said that while the country is currently facing countless serious issues, unfortunately, public attention has been diverted to an old personal incident from her life.
“Instead of focusing on the sensitive matter of divorce itself, more emphasis was placed on the question of why her ex-husband fainted while signing the divorce papers,” Fiza said.
She added that an old clip, which people had long forgotten, was deliberately made viral after she spoke in support of bike riders.
Fiza Ali said, “Whatever I spoke with truth and logic, this is how it was repaid. My divorce and personal life were brought back into the public eye.”

She expressed her pain, noting that divorce is inherently a difficult phase, but in our society, women are particularly targeted afterward.
Fiza reiterated that she had managed to rebuild her life, but old wounds were reopened, forcing her to defend herself.
“Presenting someone else’s pain as content is inappropriate. Pain has no gender, and respect has no expiry date. My suffering may be old, but my character will always remain clear and strong,” she added.
She challenged, “If you post my old clips on social media, you will not find my flaws, but you will see how strong and upright my character is.”
It should be noted that Fiza Ali sparred with Nida Yasir, who recently came under fire for making derogatory comments about food delivery riders. Nida Yasir later apologized after facing public backlash, as many considered her remarks offensive.
