Famous artificial intelligence company OpenAI has launched its revolutionary text-to-video tool, Sora, for Android users.
The app works similarly to TikTok and allows users to create videos simply by providing written instructions.
For example, if a user types that they are walking on the streets of Tokyo under traffic lights, the app will generate a video depicting that exact scene.
Initially, the app was only available for iOS users, where it was downloaded over 1 million times within just five days. It has now been introduced on Android as well, currently available in select countries including the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
In the new Android version, free users can create videos up to 15 seconds long, while Pro subscribers can generate videos up to 25 seconds.

The app allows videos to be created in vertical, square, or horizontal (landscape) formats, making it easier to share them on social media.
Currently, the Android version is available on an invite-only basis, meaning not every user can access it immediately.
However, OpenAI plans to make the app available to users worldwide in the future.
