Israel has claimed that 137 social activists detained from the Sumud flotilla have been handed over to Turkey.
According to Israeli media, a government spokesman has said that the people detained from the flotilla were not transferred to Israel but were handed over to Turkey.
Israel has not given the names of these people, but it has been said that they belong to the United States, Britain, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Algeria, Mauritania, Malaysia, Bahrain, Morocco, Switzerland, Tanzania, and Turkey.
It should be noted that former Pakistani senator and Jamaat-e-Islami leader Mushtaq Ahmed is also among the arrested; however, no details have been given about him after his arrest.
A photo is also viral on social media in which a wound is visible on Mushtaq Ahmed’s face, but it has not been confirmed whether this photo is real or not.
Yesterday, the Pakistani government said that efforts were continuing for the release and safe return of Mushtaq.
