The Punjab government has announced 30,000 new scholarships under the Chief Minister Honhar Undergraduate Scholarship Program 2025.
The full tuition fee of the students will be paid under the Chief Minister Honhar Undergraduate Scholarship, which will benefit thousands of students from low and middle-income families.
According to officials, this program aims to provide an opportunity to the youth to fulfill their educational aspirations in medicine, science, arts, and other fields. As per the eligibility, the candidates have secured at least 70% marks in FA, F.Sc, or ICS. They should have a domicile of Punjab, and their family’s monthly income should not exceed Rs. 350,000.
To apply for the scholarships, students have to apply online on the portal of the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC).
Paper applications will not be accepted; the deadline for submitting applications is September 15, 2025. For further guidance, students can also contact the PHEC portal or helpline.
