The Benazir Income Support Program has announced the release of the August 2025 installment for eligible women and families across the country. Under the Program, monthly financial assistance is provided regularly to eligible families across Pakistan.
According to the latest update of August 2025, this time an installment of Rs. 14,500 will be provided to eligible women for BISP. The government has made the payment verification process very easy for the beneficiaries, according to which the following method can be used.
Type the National Identity Card number without dashes from your mobile phone and send it to 8171.
After a while, you will receive a message about your eligibility or ineligibility for BISP and the payment details.
This procedure ensures transparency and provides families with the convenience of checking their eligibility before going to the centers for payment.
Under the Benazir Income Support Program, the announced Rs 14,500 is being paid to eligible families in phases.
It has also been instructed that already registered individuals must get their biometric verification done to avoid any delay.
According to officials, eligible individuals should get their biometric verification done for immediate receipt of three installments, after which these amounts will be provided to them.
This initiative aims to ensure that eligible families receive support without unnecessary delays. However, several applicants have been disqualified from the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) due to various reasons. The most common causes include:
- Providing incorrect identity card details during registration
- Having an income that exceeds the program’s eligibility criteria
- Failure to complete biometric verification
- Not updating registration information
- Submitting duplicate applications in the system
These individuals have been instructed to check their details again through 8171 or contact the nearest BISP office.
