Previous session:
The Rupee on Wednesday appreciated by 04 paisa against the US Dollar in the interbank trading and closed at Rs 281.82 against the previous day’s closing of Rs 281.86.
However, according to the Forex Association of Pakistan (FAP), the buying and selling rates of the dollar in the open market stood at Rs 283 and Rs 283.80, respectively.
The price of the Euro decreased by Rs 0.60 to close at Rs 326.92 against the last day’s closing of Rs 327.52, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The Japanese yen remained unchanged and closed at Rs1.90, while the exchange rate of the British Pound witnessed a decrease of 31 paisa to close at Rs379.00 against the last day’s closing of Rs379.31.
The exchange rate of the Emirates Dirham remained stagnant at Rs 76.73, and the Saudi Riyal decreased by 01 to close at Rs 75.10.
