Gold prices in Pakistan rose on Friday, mirroring gains in the international market. In the local market, the price of gold per tola climbed by Rs 500 to reach Rs 362,700.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs 428, settling at Rs 310,956.
On Thursday, gold per tola had surged by Rs 2,900 to close at Rs 362,200.

Internationally, gold prices also registered an uptick, reaching $3,400 per ounce (including a $20 premium), marking a $5 increase, APGJSA reported.
Meanwhile, silver prices in the local market rose by Rs 14 per tola, bringing the rate to Rs 4,073.
