Former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has said Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has ‘no power’, asking establishment to mediate.
“Establishment has the power,” Imran said during an interview with Aaj News “Shehbaz does what he is told by [the party chief] Nawaz Sharif,” he claimed, adding: “Even his [prime minister] party doesn’t take him seriously.”
“What can we discuss with him?” he asked.

Imran stated earlier in the day that decisions were reached behind closed doors to impose thieves over Pakistan, adding “A handful of people gambled with the country’s future.”
“I’ve won eight elections,” he told his followers, adding that the country has rejected the mafia and thieves.

The Federal Investigation Agency discovered the corruption of Rs16 billion by this boot polisher Shehbaz Sharif. The National Accountability Bureau filed a further Rs8 billion charge against him.
Imran further said “But the powerful sectors supported a criminal and shielded him from punishment.”
Imran said that was seeing a revolution taking over Pakistan and wondered whether it would be a soft one through the ballot box or a destructive one through bloodshed.
