ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) National Assembly member Ramesh Kumar has said that the Hindu community will hold a sit-in outside the Indian High Commission in Islamabad tomorrow against Indian bigotry over the killing of Pakistani Hindus in Jodhpur, India.
Talking to media in Islamabad, he said that convoys of the Hindu community from all over the country would reach Islamabad after six hours against the Jodhpur incident and would hold a protest sit-in outside the Indian High Commission on 24th September.
He said that the procession would leave Tharparker at 10 pm. Caravans of the Hindu community from Hyderabad, Nawabshah, and Karachi will leave for Islamabad. Minority people from all over Pakistan will come to the federal capital.
Despite our demands, a transparent investigation into the Jodhpur incident could not take place. Indian police are covering up the real facts by pretending to commit suicide. Ramesh Kumar said that he met Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi today and apprised him of his concerns.
According to Ramesh Kumar, 11 Pakistanis were killed in India. “India has declared the murder as suicide, where is justice? The Pakistani embassy is not being given access to the incident. The Indian Foreign Ministry had assured that it would put pressure on India,” he said.
