ISLAMABAD: The German embassy in Islamabad on Wednesday announced the closure of its visa sections in Islamabad and Karachi till April 19 amid the coronavirus growing threats.
According to a notification issued by the German embassy, the visa sections at the Islamabad embassy and the Karachi consulate will be closed from tomorrow March 19) till April 19.
The notification further stated the decision was after the instruction received from the German government. However, the visa applications would be processed in case of an emergency, it added. The statement said the applicants who had appointments, would be informed about the new dates later.
