ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) on Friday forecasted cold and dry weather across the country.
Pakistan Meteorological Department said in its weather report, mostly cold and dry weather is likely in most parts of the country. However, light rain is expected at some places of Gilgit Baltistan including Kashmir during the next 24 hours.
It further stated rainstorm is also expected in Abbottabad, Mansehra, Swat, Buner and Kohistan during next 24 hours. Parts of the country have received irregular during Saturday and Sunday which also dropped the temperature further down.
In different areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, three people died and six others sustained injuries in latest rain-related incidents. According to the Provincial Disaster Management Authority, three houses were also partially damaged due to continuous rain in the area.
