ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan’s visit to Karachi has been postponed due to the inclement weather of the city.
The prime minister, including the three flyover projects at KDA Chowrangi, Five Star Chowrangi, and Sakhi Hasan road, was scheduled to inaugurate road projects at Nishtar Road and Maghopir Road phase-I project.
The prime minister has also scheduled to meet party leaders at Governor House Sindh besides meeting with Maulana Bashir Farooqui.
However, Sindh Governor Imran Ismail will inaugurate the projects instead. In a tweet, he confirmed the news by saying that due to bad weather conditions the premier’s visit to Karachi has been postponed. However PM has asked me to inaugurate the projects as per schedule.
The prime minister, however, will address the ceremony through a video conference today, Imran confirmed.
