PESHAWAR: Guardians and relatives of the children who lost their lives in the vicious terrorist attack on Army Public School (APS) in Peshawar submitted a request in the Peshawar High Court on Saturday, requesting contempt of court procedures against government authorities in the wake of reports that previous Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) representative Ehsanullah Ehsan has gotten away from the detention.
The petition was put together by Shuhada APS Forum President Fazal Khan Advocate. The petition has made COAS, DG ISI, government and commonplace secretaries respondents. The solicitor kept up that the Government had abused earlier requests of the PHC forbidding them from discharging Ehsan.
Ehsanullah had claimed responsibility for innumerable terror based oppressor assaults in the interest of the TTP and Jamaatul Ahrar – among them the Wagah outskirt bombarding of 2014; the suicide assault on Christian people group individuals observing Easter at a Lahore park in 2016; the murdering of nine outside voyagers in Gilgit-Baltistan in 2013; and the shooting of Malala Yousafzai in 2012.
