A Day of Gratitude is being observed in mosques across the country on the defense agreement between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Chairman of the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad, along with other Islamic scholars, offered special prayers on this occasion.
According to details, while addressing on the occasion of the Day of Gratitude, Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad said that the gratitude ceremony is being held to pay tribute to the Pakistan-Saudi defense agreement. I salute Field Marshal Asim Munir for this great agreement.
During his speech, Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad said that the entire nation salutes the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman as well. This agreement is the voice of the entire Muslim Ummah and the protection of the Two Holy Mosques is part of faith.
On this occasion, renowned religious scholar Tahir Ashrafi said that this agreement has buried the plan of Greater Israel.
On the other hand, the spokesperson of the Foreign Office said that under this agreement, an attack on one country will be considered an attack on both. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed good wishes for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Salman bin Abdulaziz.
