Despite assurances of uninterrupted gas supply during Sehri and Iftar, Karachi faced gas load-shedding during Ramadan.
On Monday, the acting Managing Director of Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) issued a statement, announcing that gas supply in Karachi is expected to improve during Sehri hours following emergency measures taken under the Prime Minister’s directives.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had earlier intervened to address the gas supply disruptions during Sehri and Iftar in Ramadan, calling for immediate action to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow of gas during these critical hours.
