The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has announced revised office and banking hours for Ramadan 1446 A.H., applicable to all banks, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), and Microfinance Banks (MFBs) across the country.
The adjustments accommodate the shorter working hours observed during Ramadan while ensuring smooth banking operations. Following the holy month, all banks and financial institutions will automatically revert to their regular schedules.
Revised Office Hours
During Ramadan, financial institutions will operate as follows:

- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (without breaks)
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Public Banking Hours
For customer transactions, banks will be open during these hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
