Nadia Khan, a Pakistani actress and host known for her strong nationalist stance and critical views on Indian content, is facing backlash for dancing with her son to an Indian song at an apparent wedding event.
In a video shared by the Ms Khan on Instagram, Nadia Khan can be seeing dancing with her son Azaan.
Nadia Khan, wearing an elegant blue velvet farshi shalwar suit while Azaan is dressed in a black shalwar kameez with a light-colored shawl draped over his shoulders, danced to the popular Indian film song “Senorita.”
As soon as the video went viral on social media, users began questioning Nadia Khan’s patriotism.
Many users criticized her by saying that the same Nadia Khan who often adopts a strict nationalist stance on television is herself dancing to an Indian song.
