In Gujrat, a group that replaced bank customers’ real gold with fake gold has been exposed. The FIA has arrested the mastermind of the gang involved in the gold fraud, as reported by national media on Friday.
According to details, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested the mastermind of the gang involved in gold fraud, identified as Saqib Ali, who is accused of seizing the gold of multiple bank customers with the help of his accomplices.
The FIA stated that the accused, with the help of his accomplices, embezzled gold worth Rs 215 million and replaced the real gold of bank customers with fake gold. According to the FIA spokesperson, the accused had been absconding for several weeks and was arrested with the help of modern technology.
The FIA spokesperson further said that four cases have been registered against the accused Saqib Ali, and raids are underway for the arrest of his accomplices. Sensational revelations are expected during the investigation of the case from the accused.
