LAHORE: Ever since the new government came into power, there are reports that the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board will also be changed.
Sources have claimed that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has not made any decision in this regard at present. According to sources, the prime minister said that ere is no possibility of immediate change of Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board.
It may be recalled that former chairman PCB Khalid Mehmood had a meeting with the prime minister. With this decision of the prime minister, the rumors of the change of Chairman PCB Ramiz Raja came to a complete halt. The prime minister said that there are more problems now, and it is not the time for such a decision.
It may be recalled that the approval for the appointment of current Chairman PCB Ramiz Raja as Chairman was given by former Prime Minister Imran Khan in August 2021 during the PTI regime who is still holding the post.
