The government on Monday extended for one week the date for submission of applications for jobs in the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
The decision was taken by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi.
According to details, the recruitment process for 1,394 posts in the FIA is currently underway. The new deadline for submission of applications has been set for May 11, 2026.
Authorities clarified that there is no change in the terms and conditions of the recruitment process. The cut-off date for education and experience will remain May 4, 2026, as previously announced.
Officials emphasized that no applications will be accepted after the revised deadline.
The extension has been granted in view of public convenience, allowing more candidates to complete and submit their applications.
