Pakistan on Tuesday successfully carried out a training launch of the indigenously developed Fateh-II missile system, which is equipped with advanced avionics and modern navigation technology, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
The launch was aimed at validating various technical parameters and assessing the performance of its enhanced accuracy system.
The ISPR said that officials from the Strategic Plans Division, Army Rocket Force Command, senior officers of the Pakistan Army, as well as scientists and engineers from strategic organizations witnessed the exercise.
The forum appreciated the successful training launch of the locally developed Fateh series missile.
In its statement, the ISPR added that the President of Pakistan, the Prime Minister, the Chief of Defence Forces, and the services chiefs lauded the technical expertise, dedication, and commitment of all those involved in the successful missile trial.
