KARACHI: At least one person was confirmed injured on Saturday after a roof collapsed near Raza Mustafa Madrasa on Gulshan Zia Street No. 3 in Orangi Town.
Rescue sources said the victim sustained injuries when the roof gave way; he was promptly attended to at the scene and transported to a nearby hospital by an Edhi ambulance. No further casualties have been reported.

Local officials and emergency responders reached the site to secure the area and begin an initial assessment. Authorities have yet to release details on the cause of the collapse or the condition of the injured person. An inquiry into the incident is expected to determine structural and safety factors.
