DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Security forces successfully foiled a terrorist attack on the Daraban Kalan police station late Friday night, officials said.
According to reports gathered by MM News from multiple sources, heavily armed militants targeted the police station, using explosives and heavy weaponry that caused severe damage to the station’s perimeter wall and adjacent public property. However, prompt action by security personnel prevented any casualties.
The intensity of the blasts also affected a nearby lorry depot, where several shops were destroyed. Shopkeepers at the depot reported losses amounting to lakhs of rupees, leaving many families in severe financial distress.
