Qatar Airways has issued a fresh advisory to passengers, announcing that its flight operations remain temporarily suspended until March 6 due to the continued closure of Qatari airspace.
In a statement, the airline said its services have been suspended since February 28 after Qatari airspace was closed. The closure was ordered by the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority in view of the prevailing situation in the Middle East.
Qatar Airways stated that passengers will be provided with a further update at 9am on March 6 regarding the status of operations.
The airline added that it will resume flights only after an official announcement confirming the safe reopening of Qatari airspace.
The airline has advised all passengers to regularly check the latest flight updates through its official website, qatarairways.com, or the Qatar Airways mobile application before proceeding to the airport.
