A British court has imposed a heavy fine of £350,000, approximately 120 million Pakistani rupees, on YouTuber and former army officer Adil Raja for making malicious and baseless allegations on YouTube.
According to the report, the UK court dismissed Raja’s appeal and upheld earlier findings that his claims were defamatory. His stance of victimhood and political victimisation was also rejected during judicial scrutiny.
According to the ruling, YouTuber Adil Raja failed to substantiate his allegations when asked to provide evidence in court. With the appeal turned down, his legal options have now significantly narrowed.
The decision follows a previous legal setback on December 8, 2025, when the High Court of Justice in London ordered Adil Raja to publicly apologise to retired Brigadier Rashid Naseer for defaming him.
The apology was directed to remain posted on Adil Raja’s X, Facebook, YouTube and official website pages for 28 days.
The court at that time also ordered him to pay a total of £310,000 in damages and legal costs by December 22, including £50,000 in damages and £260,000 in legal expenses, with additional court costs.
