Renowned actress Bushra Ansari has urged women considering a second marriage to thoroughly investigate their prospective spouse’s past, particularly if he has been previously married and has children.
Speaking in a recent YouTube video, Ansari discussed various social topics, including second marriages. She advised that women should carefully examine the reasons behind their partner’s previous divorce or separation.
Ansari emphasised that while men may improve their lives after a second marriage, women—and especially their families—should know why the first marriage ended.
She added that a person who has left a previous spouse may repeat similar behaviour in the future, as fundamental character traits cannot easily change.
She concluded by stressing the importance of due diligence, saying: “People often regret not investigating beforehand, but it’s crucial to understand the past before committing to a new marriage.”
