The Ministry of Religious Affairs has issued an important announcement regarding biometric requirements for Hajj visa processing, urging pilgrims to complete the procedure without delay to avoid complications.
According to a spokesperson for the ministry, all intending Hajj pilgrims must complete their fingerprint biometric verification for Saudi visas through the Saudi Visa Bio mobile application.
The facility allows pilgrims to register their biometrics from home, making the process faster and more convenient.
The spokesperson emphasized that biometric verification is mandatory for Hajj visa endorsement. In case pilgrims are unable to complete the biometric process through the mobile app, they have been advised to visit the nearest Saudi Tasheer Center to complete the procedure no later than February 8, 2026, to ensure timely visa processing.
The ministry warned that failure to complete biometric registration may result in delays or rejection of Hajj visa issuance. Pilgrims have also been advised to consult the Pak Hajj Mobile App for detailed information, including locations of Tasheer Centers and step-by-step guidance.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs has urged all registered pilgrims to comply with the instructions promptly to avoid last-minute difficulties ahead of the Hajj journey.
