Fire breaks out at Jackson Market in Karachi’s Kemari area

A sudden fire broke out in a shop at Jackson Market in Karachi’s Kemari area, prompting an immediate response from the fire brigade, which dispatched three fire engines to the scene to control the blaze.

According to initial reports, the fire originated in an air conditioning shop, where a compressor explosion caused the flames to spread rapidly.

Eyewitnesses stated that the fire quickly engulfed several neighbouring shops.

Fire brigade personnel are actively working at the site to prevent the fire from spreading further. No casualties have been reported so far.
