Renowned Pakistani actor, director, and screenwriter Yasir Hussain has taken a sharp jab at Bollywood veteran Sunny Deol following a viral video from a promotional event for the upcoming film Border 2.
Sunny Deol, widely recognized in Pakistan for his roles in anti-Pakistan blockbusters like Border and Gadar, recently returned to his signature “patriotic” genre.
During a recent event, the Indian actor attempted to chant an anti-Pakistan slogan to energize the crowd. However, eagle-eyed social media users noticed that his voice was noticeably shaky and trembling while delivering the lines.

The clip was first shared on Instagram by Yasir Hussain, who added a sarcastic caption.
“Uncle can’t even get his own voice out.”
The post triggered a wave of trolling from Pakistani netizens. Many joked that the actor seemed physically frail, with one user commenting, “He looks like he might fall over from the effort,” while another advised him to clear his throat before trying to shout.
The controversy has also reignited a debate about Bollywood’s “obsession” with Pakistan.
Many commentators pointed out that while India has significant border tensions with China, the Indian film industry rarely produces such aggressive narratives against Beijing, focusing almost exclusively on Pakistan for box-office gains.
