The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has officially released the date sheet for the Competitive Examination (CSS) 2026, according to which the written examinations will commence on 4 February 2026.
As per the schedule, candidates will appear in the English Essay paper on the first day, followed by Precis & Composition on 5 February 2026.
The General Knowledge papers will be conducted on 6, 7 and 8 February.
On 9 February 2026, candidates will sit for Islamic Studies, while non-Muslim candidates will take the paper on Comparative Study of Religions.
The examinations for optional subjects will be held from 10 to 15 February 2026, with papers conducted in morning and evening sessions according to different subject groups.
The FPSC has advised all candidates to prepare strictly in accordance with the issued date sheet and to carefully follow instructions related to examination centres, roll number slips and other guidelines to avoid any inconvenience
