Gold prices in Pakistan rose on Monday, following gains in the international market.
In the local market, the price of gold per tola climbed to Rs464,762, up Rs9,200 during the day.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs398,458 after an increase of Rs7,888, according to rates released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Saturday, the price of gold per tola had stood at Rs455,562, down Rs4,700 from the previous day.
Internationally, gold prices increased by $92 to $4,424 per ounce, with an additional premium of $20.
Meanwhile, silver prices also hit a record high, rising Rs267 to reach Rs8,023 per tola.
