Gold prices once again surged in Pakistan on Saturday in line with a hike in the prices of the yellow metal in the international market.

As per the data shared by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold increased by Rs 1800 per tola to Rs 433662.
Similarly, the prices of 10 grams of 24-karat gold and 10 grams of 22-karat gold surged by Rs 1543 to Rs 371795 and Rs 1414 to Rs 340824, respectively. On the global front, the price of per ounce gold surged by $18 to $4113.
Silver prices also surged in both the local and international markets. In Pakistan the price of 24-karat silver increased by Rs 57 per tola to Rs 5124, and the price of 10 grams of 24-karat silver surged by Rs 49 to Rs 4393.
Internationally, the price of silver hiked by $0.3 per ounce to $4872.
Earlier, in the last three days, the prices of the yellow metal were decreased by more than Rs. 12000 per tola in Pakistan following reaching an all-time high in the country’s history.
