Pakistani fighter Rizwan Ali, a.k.a. “The Haider,” is set fight India’s Rana Rudra Pratap Singh in a high-octane lightweight bout at the Russian-based Absolute Championship Akhmat (ACA) event, taking place at the Agenda Arena in Dubai.
Rizwan, who boasts a perfect 10-0 record, is eager to reaffirm his dominance following his tough fight against Egypt’s Adham Mohamed back in August.
Last year, Rizwan secured three knockout victories against Indian opponents, cementing his status as one of the brightest rising stars in Pakistani Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
Standing across from him will be 28-year-old Rudra Pratap (12-2), whose most of his fighting experience lies in the bantamweight category—making this a risky yet rewarding challenge for both fighters.

According to a statement by the Pakistan MMA Federation, officials from the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) are expected to attend the event—an opportunity that perfectly aligns with Rizwan’s ultimate dream.
In an interview earlier this year, Rizwan said: “There is no Pakistani fighter in the UFC, and I want to be the first.”
This highly anticipated clash comes at a time when Pakistani MMA is rapidly gaining momentum, with recent international victories in Georgia by Shahab Ali, Abdul Manan, and Ayaan Hussain further boosting the country’s reputation in the sport.
If “The Haider” Rizwan Ali emerges victorious, not only will he preserve his unbeaten record, but he may also pave the way for UFC opportunities for Pakistani fighters, potentially etching his name in history as a trailblazer and national icon in combat sports.
