According to details, Indian media says that Saifullah Kasuri claims he is carrying out the operation “in the name of flood relief” and has openly vowed to take revenge for the recent floods that devastated parts of Pakistan.
Here, Indian media believes that Saifullah Kasuri is the founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba and works under the direct supervision of Hafiz Saeed’s inner circle. Kasuri announced that India is committing “water terrorism” and alleged that New Delhi released water without control, which caused floods in Pakistan.

Indian media, citing so-called “high-level intelligence sources,” claimed that Saifullah Kasuri’s video is not mere propaganda but aims to mobilize terrorists and that another major attack may be planned under the name “Pahalgam 2.”

It is worth noting that Pakistan has previously denied India’s claims that it had any role in the Pahalgam attack, and once again, under the name of Pahalgam 2, India may carry out a false flag operation. So far, no statement from the Pakistani Foreign Office has been issued regarding this matter.
Recently, the Indian Army Chief also made derogatory remarks against Pakistan and, standing near the Pakistan-India border, threatened to wipe out Pakistan — a statement that was strongly countered by Pakistan’s Foreign Office.
