According to details, this tragic incident happened in Muzaffarpur city, Bihar, with a minor girl who was returning from a Durga Puja fair. After receiving information about the incident, Indian police launched an investigation.
Indian media says that the condition of the girl who was raped became critical, leading to her being hospitalized. However, due to the seriousness of her condition, she was referred to the Muzaffarpur Medical College, where she is currently undergoing treatment.
The incident has caused an uproar in the area. The girl is said to be 12 years old and a sixth-grade student. Her father stated, “My daughter had gone to the fair with her friends. Upon returning from the fair, four youths on a motorcycle abducted her and took her to a garden.”
According to the girl’s father’s statement, her other friends reached home and informed them that four youths had kidnapped their daughter. The family then went to the garden and found their daughter unconscious. They took her to the hospital and informed the police.
After the incident was reported, the police also sprang into action. Based on statements from the affected girl and her family, two youths have been taken into custody. The other accused are absconding from the scene, and their search is ongoing. The Police Superintendent informed that the investigation into the incident is ongoing while the girl is still under treatment.
