NCCIA has stated that a case has been registered against YouTuber Rajab Butt, Anas, and Huraira, and investigations are ongoing against all three regarding gambling and the promotion of illegal apps.
According to details, NCCIA said in its recent statement that after the ongoing investigations against the YouTubers, the case was registered. During the investigations, Rajab Butt and the other YouTubers were also sent three notices.
NCCIA officials said that none of the three YouTubers appeared during the inquiry. We have initiated measures to bring the accused back to Pakistan.
A report has claimed that the case against Rajab Butt, Anas Ali, and Huraira has been registered under the PECA Act.
According to the report, it has been decided to further expand the scope of investigations against YouTubers in the betting apps promotion case. YouTuber Ducky Bhai has already been arrested for promoting these betting apps.
