The flood relief operation by the Pakistan Army is ongoing in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, marking the seventh day of operations in Buner, Swat, Shangla, and Swabi.
According to details, the Corps of Engineers is busy clearing roads and removing debris, while Pakistan Army helicopters are providing rations and other supplies.
People are being moved from flood-affected areas to safe locations, and Urban Search and Rescue teams are engaged in finding injured individuals and bodies in the debris.
Medical teams of the Pakistan Army are providing free treatment to patients in the affected areas. The Army’s rescue mission will continue until complete rehabilitation and rescue of flood victims is achieved.
Earlier, Rainwater had accumulated in different areas of Hyderabad, with water coming from nearby hills entering Latifabad. Water from the Kohsar hills entered Latifabad, particularly Mehar Ali Society in Latifabad 11. Residents warned that if the water is not stopped, Mehar Ali Society, Jinnah Colony, and other areas could be submerged.
