The Taekwondo Cup was held at the N9 Arena in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia, from August 7 to 10, 2025, featuring over 1,000 participants from 18 countries.
Tayyaba Ashraf dominated the 49 kg category, claiming three gold medals through her exceptional performance.
Meanwhile, Sumbul Fatima earned two gold medals and one silver, proudly raising Pakistan’s flag on the international stage. She clinched gold medals in Individual Freestyle Poomsae and Pair Poomsae, along with a silver medal in Virtual Fight.
While, 13-year-old Syed Muhammad Hadi has claimed a gold medal in the 45 kg featherweight category.
