Field Marshal Asim Munir visited the Multan Garrison, where he was briefed at the Corps Headquarters about the formation’s operational preparedness and ongoing training activities.
The Field Marshal also attended the induction ceremony of the Z-10ME attack helicopter in the Pakistan Army Aviation. According to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), Field Marshal Asim Munir expressed satisfaction over the high standard of the Army’s preparedness. He also participated in the induction ceremony of the Z-10ME attack helicopter in the Pakistan Army Aviation.
ISPR stated that Field Marshal Asim Munir also witnessed the firepower demonstration of the newly inducted helicopter at the Muzaffargarh Field Firing Ranges. The modern Z-10ME attack helicopter has effective operational capability during day and night. ISPR stated that the helicopter is equipped with modern radar systems and electronic warfare equipment.
According to ISPR, Field Marshal Asim Munir also reiterated the Pakistan Army’s unwavering commitment to safeguarding national sovereignty and regional integrity. On this occasion, Army Chief Asim Munir interacted with representatives from civil society and academic institutions, emphasizing the need for national unity, civil-military cohesion, and the promotion of national harmony.
The Field Marshal also participated in a session with members of academia and civil society. According to ISPR, the Army Chief praised the high morale and determination of the troops during his interaction with them.
