According to details, Indian actor Aamir Khan said that our film will be released on YouTube under a pay-per-view model, which we are calling “Janta Theatre.” This will provide greater access to cinema for the public. In a press conference held yesterday, Aamir Khan said that only 2 to 3 percent of the country’s population goes to cinemas to watch films. Now digital payment has become quite easy for Indian citizens, and I believe this is the right time to come onto a digital platform.
Aamir Khan said that YouTube is a platform everyone uses, and it can be accessed on any device. Nearly 550 million Indian citizens turn to YouTube in a single day. I thought that if we come to YouTube, we can show our content everywhere, and it will be easier for Indian citizens to make payments.
