Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has publicly revealed that he is battling three major health issues — a brain aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation (AVM), and trigeminal neuralgia.

The revelation came during his appearance as the first guest on the new season of The Great Indian Kapil Show, aired on June 21.

Speaking candidly on the show, the 59-year-old actor shared how he continues to work in action-packed films despite facing serious health challenges. “I’m out here breaking my bones every day — ribs are fractured.

I’m working despite having trigeminal neuralgia, there’s an aneurysm in the brain, yet I’m still working. There’s also an AV malformation, and still, I’m carrying on,” Salman said with his signature humor, downplaying the severity of his struggles.

He humorously added that he doesn’t have the energy to start life over if a future wife were to take “half his money,” when the topic of marriage came up during the conversation with host Kapil Sharma.

1. Brain Aneurysm

A brain aneurysm is a bulge or ballooning in a blood vessel in the brain. If ruptured, it can lead to life-threatening bleeding in the brain, commonly known as a hemorrhagic stroke.
