The Sarafa Bazaar Association of Pakistan once again failed to release gold rates due to continuing countrywide raids against the yellow metal speculators.
In the absence of the new rates from the association, the Lahore market individually announced the prices with a reduction of Rs3,500 per tola on Tuesday.
After decreasing the price in the Lahore market, the price of pure gold of 24 karats has been fixed at Rs2,08,000 per tola.
The price of 22-karat gold is fixed at Rs1,91,217 per tola while the price of 21 karats per tola gold sold for Rs1,82,525 in the Lahore Sarafa Market.
The price of 10 grams of silver is fixed at Rs2,700 per tola in the market.
Yesterday, the Sarafa Bazaar Association of Pakistan has also not released the gold rates. The gold prices were last released on September 12 which were Rs2,15,000 per tola and Rs1,84,585 per10gm.
