The shop owner mentioned that when they started this venture, French fries weren’t given much importance. However, they decided to enhance their value. They began this endeavor in 2013. They revealed that they are offering 40 types of French fries, and in the entire Karachi, one won’t find such a vast range.
They shared that specific temperatures are necessary for frying them. Different spices and seasonings are used, and they are spiced up accordingly. Tests are conducted to ensure the perfect taste. Some variations include beef, chicken, and vegetable options, each uniquely designed.
Mayo Net Fries offers 10 to 12 different types of fries, each using various sauces. Additionally, they have Potato Masti, another variant of French fries, along with other variations under different names. Each item offers a distinct taste.
They informed that their flour-coated French fries start at Rs. 150 and go up to Rs. 250. The most expensive ones, priced at Rs. 650, can be shared among 3 to 4 people easily. Over the course of 10 years, they have only adjusted their prices once.
