Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders have reacted after Chairman Imran Khan was sentenced and imprisoned in the Toshahana case.
PTI leader and former Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser said the “biased decision by a biased judge with no legal standing.”
He claimed a pre-written judgment was delivered in haste without following any legal procedure. Asaid Qaiser said after April 22, serious mockery of the constitution and flouting of law and justice continues in this country.
Qaiser said the PTI and the people of Pakistan reject this biased decision. He vowed to raise voice in every forum and continue the struggle until the victory of the truth.

PTI leader Farrukh Habib said the verdict by judge Humayun Dilawar will be seen as the worst judicial decision in history.
He said the desire for a level playing field was met and the decision of 3 years sentence against Imran Khan was already being predicted in the media. History will remember that once again justice has been massacred by the court, he added.
In another tweet, he said the aim was to put Imran Khan in jail as the earlier illegal arrest led to immediate release. He said Imran is being punished and thrown in jail so that he could not participate in the elections.

Former PTI leader Musarat Cheema said Maryam Safdar wanted a level playing field which has been provided by massacring justice.

She said his lawyers were not even allowed to go to court. There is no example of such killing of justice, Musarat Cheema added.

Senior lawyer Babar Awan said the biased judge in Imran Khan’s sham trial was repeatedly mistrusted.
He said the sentence imposed is illegal and unconstitutional. He said this decision cannot stand in appeal and will go into the dustbin of history. Stop playing tricks on the nation through the London Plan, he said.

PTI leader Moonis Elahi said the pre-determined verdict in the case was announced today.
While calling it another murder in the judicial history, he said Imran Khan, the most popular leader of the nation, has been arrested. People will never forgive PDM’s conspiracy group, he added.
