KHUZDAR: At least five police personnel were killed and two others were injured in a collision between a truck and a car on Saturday night.
The incident took place near Wadh area of Khuzdar district. The deceased police personnel were identified as Abdul Jabbar, Dhani Bux, Abdul Majeed, Muhammad Saleem and Talha.
According to Levies sources, the police personnel were on their way to Bela from Quetta after getting Eid leaves from their ongoing training when the accident occurred. One of the critically injured has been shifted to Karachi for treatment.
MM News has also obtained a video of the seven police personnel, made hours before their accident, when they were on their way to Bela. The video shows the police personnel in high spirits, unaware of the tragedy that awaited them.
