WELLINGTON: Strong tremors of a magnitude 7.1 earthquake have been felt on Kermadec Island in New Zealand.
At the same time, a tsunami warning has been issued after the earthquake. According to international media reports, New Zealand was shaken by an earthquake on Thursday morning, and the intensity of the earthquake was recorded at 7.1 on the Richter scale.

The earthquake occurred in the Kermadec Islands, which are located about 1,000 km to the northeast of New Zealand. Local New Zealand media said that the epicenter was at a depth of 10 km.
In addition, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center has issued a tsunami warning for coasts located 300 km from the epicenter in the South Pacific. As a result of the earthquake in the islands of New Zealand, there are no details of any loss of life or property.
